Hello, my name is MacLean. I am a multidisciplinary designer living in New York City and attending Parsons School of Design for a degree in Integrated Design. I was born in Baltimore in June of 1999 and lived twelve years of my life there before moving to Newport Beach California. There for the first time in my life I was introduced to design, culture, art, and old Hollywood style that originally formed my passion for design and continues to be the base of my design philosophy.
Five years later, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia for my senior year of high school. I decided to take my last year at an online school knowing it would liberate me from the confinements the school system often is for young creatives and gave me the flexibility to gain experience in design. Instead of attending another school where creativity is largely unimportant, I worked alongside three artists and designers – an interior designer, an architect, and a metalworker giving me the real life, and creative experiences I desperately needed. After graduating, I moved to New York to identify and pursue my passions, where I remain today doing the same.
